Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field. Proven experience in travel management, product management, development, and revenue generation, preferably in a leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of inbound and outbound travel industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Comprehensive understanding of inbound and outbound travel industry trends and regulations.
Proficient in English and Mandarin (oral and written); proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Experience in contracting and procurement.
Experience in travel sales across various segments (B2B, corporate, incentive).
Capable to conduct creative business development.
Capable to lead creative itinerary curation
Familiarity with travel management software and tools; ability to effectively utilize travel system solutions.
Capable of providing product training to internal teams and external business partners
Responsible to get USP price and products and deals
Responsible for achieving revenue target by delivering quality and quantity of product

Drive sales efforts across B2B, corporate, and incentive travel segments, both inbound and outbound.
Develop and nurture client relationships to enhance revenue generation and expand market reach
Continuously monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics to enhance brand loyalty and retention.
