Job Description
Requirements:1. Experience in sales, preferably in the home or interior design or construction industry.(Can consider if sales candidate has experience outside construction industry)2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.3. Results-driven with good track record4. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work5. Proficiency in English, Bahasa and Mandarin.Scopes:1. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities and leads generating with interior designers through cold calling, networking & social media.2. xe2x81xa0Build relationships with existing / new customers3. Manage and follow through sales process4. Presentation to clients5. xe2x81xa0Customer complaints and sales management6. xe2x81xa0Developing proposals and negotiating deals7. xe2x81xa0Preparing weekly and monthly reports8. Lead & manage project division (2-3 sales) & retail division (4-5 sales) to meet annual sales target9. develop business plan to expand project and retail business10. represent MD for important meeting / presentation to developer/architect/designer11. Need to generate new leads of potential clientele12. Outstation travelling may be required occasionally to attend to project meeting13. Manage and maintain good business relation with our principals (German based manufacturer) and also other important factories that Tri I Concept representsExperience Required: Min 1 Year/s
