- Bachelor\'s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Possesses at least 5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Good proficiency in Mandarin and English. (Speaking and Writing)
- Strong knowledge of local labour laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Address and resolve employee concerns and grievances in a timely and confidential manner.
- Foster positive employee relations by promoting effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Salary up to RM15000
- Working Location: Petaling Jaya
