Requirements:1. Bachelor\'s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2. Possesses at least 5 years or experience in human resource management, preferably in the F&B industry.3. Good proficiency in Mandarin and English. (Speaking and Writing)4. Strong knowledge of local labour laws and regulations5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.6. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Benefits1. Salary up to RM150002. Working Location: Petaling Jaya Scopes:1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job-postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.2. Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.3. Address and resolve employee concerns and grievance in a timely and confidential manner.4. Foster positive employee relations by promoting effective communication and conflict resolution.5. Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enchance employee skills.6. Support career development and succession planning initiatives.7. Implement and oversee performance appraisal processes.8. Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.9. Develop and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labour laws.10. Stay informed about changes in employement laws and update policies accordingly.11. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other perks.12. Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and issues.13. Promote a safe and healthy work environment.14. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address workplace safety concerns.15. Planned and organized employee engagement activities like team-building events and recognition programs.16. Monitor employee satisfaction and implement initiatives to improve morale.
