Applicants with minimum SPM level qualification (passed Bahasa Malaysia & Sejarah)
High proficiency in Bahasa (Speak, Read, Write)

Willing to work on 24 hours rotational shift, 9hrs per shift
Willing to commit 6 days per week
Have no issue to be based at Nusajaya, Johor Bahru
Tanggungjawab
Handling all calls and email pertaining to the customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feed backs, and other raising issue related to the company\'s product.
To exceed customer\'s expectation in term of customers service & accurate information
Work in team to achieve the require KPI elements

Monthly basic salary RM1,900 + up to RM400 KPI allowance + up to RM300 shift allowance + OT
