Job Duty

• To ensure all open technical and engineering issues are resolved within stipulated timeline.
• To ensure all issues have been logged internally (ERP), and use computer-aided design software.
• To provide technical support on technical-related matters of customers, suppliers and inter-related factories.
• To plan and undertake scheduled machine maintenance and repairs as necessary.
• To assist in preventing and contingency planning in the maintenance schedule of machines and equipment.
• To diagnose machine faults and repairing equipment and parts as necessary.
• To measure the performance of mechanical components, devices and engines.
• To perform testing, evaluating, modifying, and re-testing equipment to ensure full functionality and operationality of machines.
• Perform any ad-hoc assignment upon request.

• Significant experience as a Technical Support Engineer or related role.
• Well-developed written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly developed problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to deal with potential difficult customers.
• Ability to deliver to timelines requested/given.
• Well-developed client service skills.
