Requirements

• Min spm
• Computer literate
• At least 2 years in F&B
• Those with existing supervisor in F&B or those who wants to develop their leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Screening, interviewing, hiring, and training restaurant staff.
• Managing restaurant staff's work schedules.
• Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
• Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
• Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service.
• Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.
• Monitoring the restaurant's cash flow and settling outstanding bills.
• Review customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.
• Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Any task that involves food and/or raw ingredients such as handling, preparation, cooking, storage and serving.
• Any task at the cashier counter that involves money handling, taking orders, and customer interaction.
• Any task that involves inventory such as counting, ordering and organizing.
• Any cleaning task that may include washing the kitchen equipment and utensils, clearing tables, cleaning the toilet(s), and throwing the trash.
• Achieve, maintain and exceed KPI assigned.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned. Commission Provided
