Requirements

• SPM qualification or fresh grads
• Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia (Read, Speak, Type)
• Have no issue to work on Rotational Shift with 5 working days (9 hours per shift including 1-hour break time, 8am - 11pm).
• Have no issue to based at Petaling Jaya Office, Selangor
• Able to start working on 29 March 2023

• Ability to handle all inbound and outbound calls in regarding to customers\' inquiries / complaints / issues on telecommunication services.
• Willing to assist customers to solve their problems and issues on time by using good communication skill and positive attitude.
• Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI.

• Monthly Salary: RM 2,800 basic + Up to RM 400 Night Shift Allowance + Up to RM 300 KPI Allowance + OT Claim (min RM 10 per hour)
• 12 Days Annual leaves + 14 Days Medical leaves + EPF + SOCSO
• Career advancement (internal promotion)
• 1 month paid training
