Requirements
- SPM qualification or fresh graduates
- Proficient in Mandarin, English and BM (Speak, Read, Type)
- 24 hrs rotational shift with 5 working days (9 hrs per shift with 1 hour break time)
- Have no issue to based at Petaling Jaya Office, Selangor
- Able to start working on 29 March 2023
- Ability to handle all inbound and outbound calls in regarding to customers\' general inquiries.
- Willing to assist customers to solve their problems and issues on time by using good communication skill and positive attitude.
- Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI.
- Monthly Salary: RM 3,000 basic + Up to RM 200 KPI + Up to RM 300 Night Shift
- Annual leaves + Medical leaves + EPF + SOCSO
