Proficient in Traditional & Simplified Mandarin (Read, Speak, Type)
Fluent in Cantonese is required for this role

Have no issue to work on 9am - 12am Rotational Shift (9 Hours per shift including 1 hour break time)
Willing to commit on 5 days work per week including Weekend and Public Holidays (Rotational 2 off days per week)
Able to start working on 26th June 2024
Have no issue to be fully work based at Petaling Jaya, Selangor Office
Tanggungjawab
Handling all inbound calls, Email, and Live Chat pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related the company\'s services.
To exceed customer\'s expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements SLA.
Respond to customers questions or resolve problems related to their reservation or payment.
Review and approve request for booking cancelation and refunds.
Act as phone support for the booking application.
Manfaat
Monthly Salary: RM3,000 Basic Salary + RM200 (Relocation Allowance) + Up to RM500 Night Shift Allowance + up to RM390 KPI Allowance
