Requirements

• Candidate with a minimum of SPM level qualification
• No experience required. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Able to speak fluently in Mandarin is a must, Proficient English (Spoken & Written)
• Applicant must be willing to work on Rotational Shift (9 hours per shift): (Schedule will be given weekly/monthly) (Earliest shift 7am - 4pm; Latest shift 2pm - 11pm)
• Have no issue to be based at Ara Damansara Office (Reachable by Ara Damansara LRT station, 10 mins walking distance)
• Preferably to possess own transport
• Able to join on 29th March 2023

• Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company\'s products.
• To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
• Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA
