Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Interior Architecture / Interior Design or equivalent.
• Proficient in 3DS Max, Vray, AutoCad, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, SketchUp, Microsoft excel.
• Proven working experience at least 2-3 years in Interior Design.
• Site visit and specialize in 3D visual proposal.
• Good working attitude, ability to organize, plan, meet deadline & work under pressure
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.)

Responsibilities

Designing:

• To propose design ideas that incorporate functionality and aesthetics and make presentations.
• To prepare visual, project costing and material selection.
• To produce construction and technical drawing.

Manage Site Progress:

• Arrange, coordinate, control & manipulate progress of a project.
• Plan & manage project schedule well to deliver within deadline.

Client Servicing:

• Handle & serve client.
• Servicing our clients' units occasionally
• Always reporting / updating automatically

Leadership:

• Undertake design project from concept to completion and customer satisfaction.
• Cultivating good relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure the effectiveness of the assigned tasks.
