Requirements:1.Applicants with SPM level qualification and above2.Applicants with fluent proficiency in traditional Mandarin (read, speak, and type)3.Applicants with Conversational English (read, speak, and type)4.Applicants with proficient Cantonese5.Applicants can work 24-hours rotational shift for 9 hours and 1-hour break.6.Applicants can work 5 days a week (including weekends and public holidays) and take 2 rotational days off.7.Applicants can start on 20th of May.8.Applicants are required to conduct work from home at Klang Valley area.9.Applicants are required to return to office twice, the first time for device collection, the second time for mock call certification.Benefits1.Monthly Salary: RM3000 Basic + RM250 Training Allowance (After 1-2 months) + up to RM 300 KPI allowance + RM500 night shift allowance.2.EPF + SOSCO3.Annual leaves and Medical Leaves4.1 month of training with basic salary will be provided.5.Variety of facilities in company (pool, gym, rest zone, and cafeteria)6.Free shuttle van service is provided from Ara Damansara LRT station.7.Workplace is 10 minutes walking distance from Ara Damansara LRT station.8.Opportunities for career advancement with the companyScopes:1. Handling inbound calls, emails, and live chat regarding hotel reservation and travel product information and other enquiries.
2. Assist with planning, booking and managing client travel arrangements.
3. Understand the client\xe2\x80\x99s needs, provide accurate travel options, coordinate transportation and arrange an excellent travel experience.
