Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification
• A good command of English, Mandarin & Cantonese is a must.
• Must be able to work 24 hours rotational shifts, 5 rotational days per week including weekend & PH (9 hours per shift including 1 hour break) (Shift allowance is provided)
• Must be able to start work in November 2022
• Possess own transport
• Have no issue to be based at Ara Damansara, PJ
• Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.

Responsibilities

• To liaise and provide assistance for the benefit and/or revenue related queries to the offsite teams, members of the public and third party organizations.
• Liaising with customers/agents in branch & via the telephone in regards to queries, complaints & bookings.
• Other duties as assigned.

WORKING HOUR:

• 24 Hours Rotational Shift, 9 Hours per Shift, 5 Days per week (Rotational Off day)
• Earliest Shift starts from 7am - 4pm, Latest 10pm - 7am; (Schedule will be given weekly/monthly)
