Carry out daily management of kitchen personnel, and conduct good control over employee scheduling and attendance
Guide the proper maintenance, use and replacement of food and beverage service equipment
Provide technical advice on problems arising in food quality control
Be able to provide professional training for hot pot restaurant back kitchen positions
Be familiar with the characteristics and usage of raw materials in hot pot restaurants, and be proficient in plate styles
Arrange the order quantity reasonably and take stock inventory
