Requirements

• Candidate with a minimum of SPM level qualification
• No experience is required. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Able to speak fluently in Mandarin is a must, Basic English (Spoken & Written)
• Applicant must be willing to work on Rotational Shift (9 hours per shift): (Schedule will be given weekly/monthly) (Latest shift is until 11pm only!)
• Have no issue to be based at Ara Damansara (PJ) Office (Reachable by Ara Damansara LRT station)
• Preferably to possess own transport
• Able to join on 29th March 2023

• Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company\'s products.
• To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
• Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA

• RM 2,800 Basic + KPI Allowance Max RM 500 + Night Shift Allowance Max RM 400 + OT Claim (subject to availability) (All-in salary RM 2,800 - RM 3,700/month)
• EPF and SOCSO
• 12 days of Annual Leave + 14 days of Medical Leave
• 1 month\'s training is provided (with a basic salary given)
