Job Description
Job scope: To assist customer to interact with products and services physically or virtually in outlet by finding the right solutions and help them resolve any issues, with end to end seamless services
Working hours: 10 am - 10pm/rotation shift, 2 off days.
Working location: IOI City Mall
Requirement:
- Minimum diploma and above
- 35 years old below
- Mandatory experience in retail at least 1 year
- Able to travel to IOI City Mall or requested by supervisor.
- Fluent or can speak/read in english
- Experience in customer service telco will be an advantage
Basic salary RM3500 + allowances + incentives + commission
