Requirements

• Converse and writing fluently in Mandarin and Cantonese (read, speak, type) is a must.
• Basic proficiency in English is acceptable.
• A minimum SPM qualification is needed.
• Willing to work 5 days per week, 24-hour rotational shifts (9 working hours including 1-hour break).
• Able to work during weekends & public holidays.
• Able to start work on 26 July 2023.

• Able to handle all inbound calls from customers about the company\'s product and services
• Help customer resolves any issues or complaints regarding the company\'s product and services with high level of customer service
• Assist the customers in solving their problems to ensure customer\'s satisfaction with providing professional customer support
• Provide feedback on efficiency of whole customer support experience to manager and relevant departments

• Salary Package: RM 3000 Basic + up to RM 300 KPI allowance + RM 700 Night Shift allowance
• EPF + SOCSO, 14 days Annual Leaves, 12 days Medical Leaves
