Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee the entire recruitment process, encompassing tasks like reaching out to potential candidates, reviewing resumes, arranging interviews, managing assessments, and verifying references.
Collaborate with the Manager to formulate and implement effective search tactics.
Build a proactive pool of potential candidates.
Deliver timely and precise market insights to the manager to support initiatives aimed at strengthening the Company\'s recruitment reputation.
