Job Description
- Potential talent should have a self starter attitude, willing to take on new challenges, and also exhibit the willingness to learn.
- Independent and have a strong sense of ownership.
- Have a passion for dealing with people, and possess strong communication/ written skills.
- Well organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
- Open to someone who\'s fresh or possesses min 1 year of experience in recruitment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, encompassing tasks like reaching out to potential candidates, reviewing resumes, arranging interviews, managing assessments, and verifying references.
- Collaborate with the Manager to formulate and implement effective search tactics.
- Build a proactive pool of potential candidates.
- Deliver timely and precise market insights to the manager to support initiatives aimed at strengthening the Company\'s recruitment reputation.
REMUNERATION PACKAGE:
- Up to RM 4,000 Basic (Subject to Exp, Past Track Record & Interview Performance)
- Salary Adjustment upon Confirmation.
- A head-to-toe training is provided! You will be guided by a senior consultant.
