Requirements
- Applicants with SPM qualification or fresh graduates
- High proficiency in English and Traditional Mandarin (Speak, Read, Type)
- Have no issue to work on 24 hours\' rotational shift with 5 working days (9 hours per shift including 1-hour break time)
- Have no issue to based at Subang Jaya Office
- Able to start working on 3 April 2023
- Handling all inbound, outbound calls and email in regarding to customers\' inquiries / complaints / issues relating to travel or booking services.
- Passionate and provide satisfied customer services.
- Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI.
- Monthly Salary: RM 4,000 Basic + Up to RM 500 KPI Allowance + RM 20/day Transportation Allowance (10pm-6am)
- 18 days of Annual leave, 14 days of Sick leave + EPF + SOCSO
- One-month paid training
- Closed to LRT Subang Jaya
- Training Provided
- 5 Working Days
- Allowance Provided
