Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3-10 years working experience in Buildings, Underground Structures, Roads and Drainages.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Preferred candidate with tender exposure.

• Manage and supervise the project job tas
• Plan and monitor the daily and weekly job activitie
• Prioritization and distribution of commonly shared resources including equipment and machinery
• Check to ensure quality work
• Coordinate the works of various subcontractors
• Set productivity targets to subcontractors and supervisors
• Consolidate the information from various supervisors to produce the site daily report
• Develop / review the various construction Method Statements
• Monitor the various construction material quantities at site to ensure on time requisition and delivery
• Develop simple design and drawings for temporary works
• Raise technical queries to Consultants on design issue
• Review and check the Issued for Construction, IFC drawings for accuracy, completeness, clarity and error
• Prepare and review as built drawings
• Prepare and submit all site progress information to
• Planning Engineer for monthly progress reporting to Client.
