Proficient in English & Traditional Mandarin (Spoken & Written).
Possess a minimum of SPM qualification or above.
Candidate with SPM qualification must possess a minimum of 6 months inbound call customer service/call-center/BPO or any relevant experience.
Must be able to work 24 hours rotational shift (9 hours per day, 5 days per week).
Able to start work immediately (Intake date: 14th Aug 2023).
Able to work on public holidays and weekends.
Required to have own transportation arrangement because we are in 24 hours operations. (Transportation allowance is provided).
