Job Description

- Applicants with SPM level qualification and above
- High Proficient in English and Mandarin (Read, Type, Speak)
- Proficient in Cantonese will be an added advantage
- Have no issue to work on Permanent Night Shift (9pm - 6am / 10pm - 7am)
- Willing to commit on 5 days work per week (Monday - Friday)
- Able to start working on July / August
- Have no issue to be fully work based at Cyberjaya Office
- To handle inbound and outbound calls from medical related industries such as 911, hospitals, insurances and banks.
- Able to interpret languages from English to Mandarin or vice versa in a quick timely manner
- Help smoothen the communication between the clients and their customers
- To achieve the SLA being set by the management team
- Able to think critically if any unexpected situation arises
- Monthly Salary: RM4,500 + Transportation Allowance up to RM500 + Night Shift Allowance
- EPF & SOCSO
- 10 Annual leave + 14 Medical leave
- Medical benefits: Dental claim + Outpatient + Family medical coverage (Self, Spouse and kid)
