Responsibilities Manage and lead the team on day-to-day operations. Manage the full cycle of mass hiring, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and selecting candidates, up to the onboarding stage. Adopt effective and innovative methods of recruitment to deliver headcount targets. Participate in recruitment marketing programs i.e. career talks and job fairs. Prepare recruitment reports to monitor and assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the hiring team candidates and external agencies. Provide complete and accurate reporting on the process managed with high levels of data integrity and control. Qualifications Has experience in managing/supervising team members. In-depth knowledge of candidates\' selection methods. Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload. Creative thinker and proactive problem solver with a positive, \'can do\' attitude. Good in Excel analysis and PowerPoint presentation slides will be an advantage for this role. Good Mandarin speaking as this role will require the candidate to handle projects from China/HK.
