Qualification: Bachelor\'s degree in Management, Human Resource, Business Admin or similar.
Experience: Min 3 years of human resource experience in financial industry or experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. (preferred)
Sound working knowledge of Malaysian legislations and HR practices.
Excellent communications and personnel management skills, confident, pleasant, firm and able to work with various levels including Management.
Good understanding of business functions, strategic thinking, and good organizational skill.
Meticulous and high attention to details and maintain confidentiality in all situations.
Flexible, adaptable, resourceful, and able to work under pressure in a fast - paced environment.
Humble: respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn.
Transparent: shares critical information, speaks with candor, contributes constructively.
