Job Responsibilities:

Data Accuracy Maintenance: Assist in ensuring the accuracy of asset data within the supercomputing data centre and other cloud infrastructure components. Workflow Management: Support the establishment and management of the asset management system and associated processes, offering insights for workflow optimization. Client Process Implementation: Collaborate in driving and ensuring the implementation of client-defined asset processes, ensuring seamless integration. Issue Response and Resolution: Timely response, feedback, and resolution of daily issues and unexpected events related to asset management. Inventory Problem Resolution: Assist in resolving various issues identified during inventory checks, ensuring data integrity. Client Interaction: Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, providing information and addressing concerns related to asset management. Collaborative Verification: Work closely with the supply chain for receipt verification and inventory checks, maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, with a focus on computer science or logistics. Technical Awareness: Familiarity with hardware specifications, models, and asset management systems within cloud computing environments. Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, ensuring precision in data management and issue resolution. Communication Skills: Effective oral and written communication skills, especially in client interactions and team collaboration. Team Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team, supporting the overall objectives of asset management. Software Proficiency: Proficient in office software, including Microsoft Office, and ability to adapt to asset management tools and systems used by the organization.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
