Coordinates the entire RMA process, from initial customer request to final product return or replacement.
Customer & Vendor Communication:
Serves as a point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams, providing updates and ensuring clear communication throughout the return process.
Logistics & Tracking:
Oversees the receiving, inspection, and tracking of returned items, ensuring they are routed to the correct departments or repair facilities.
Data & Reporting:
Maintains accurate data entry, prepares daily workflow and productivity reports for analysis, and reviews process documentation to ensure accuracy.
Compliance:
Adheres to company policies and procedures for returns, including managing item policies, which might specify allowed actions like credit notes or replacements.
Interdepartmental Coordination:
Works closely with customer service and warehouse staff to facilitate smooth and efficient RMA transactions.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,088.96 per month
