Job Description

Responsibilities



Assist the R&D Chef in developing and testing new recipes and products. Prepare raw materials, ingredients, and equipment for trials and tastings. Conduct sample preparation and support sensory evaluation sessions. Document and record recipe formulations, trial results, and feedback. Assist in improving existing products based on quality, cost, and customer feedback. Ensure hygiene, safety, GMP, and Halal standards are followed during product development. Work closely with the QA/QC team to align with HACCP, GMP, and Halal requirements. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the R&D kitchen and lab.

Requirements



Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts, Food Technology, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in culinary, food product development, or F&B manufacturing preferred. Passion for food innovation and creativity. Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills. Working Hours: 5.5 days/week
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
