Job Description

:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Roadshow Coordinator to support and manage roadshow activities, ensuring smooth operations from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage roadshows by attending to sales enquiries, preparing promotion mechanics, and implementing marketing objectives within the given budget.

Understand all aspects of roadshow/concourse operations and assist in setup and planning, including liaising with internal teams and external vendors.

Train, guide, and supervise roadshow promoters.

Coordinate with vendors and oversee setup, operations, and dismantling of roadshows, ensuring smooth execution within budget.

Handle all pre- and post-event planning and execution with strong organizational and planning skills.

Monitor project budgets and costs, and process all orders accurately and on time.

Work both independently and collaboratively with the team.

Liaise between internal teams and external parties (roadshow teams, design agencies, printing vendors) for seamless project coordination.

Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required.

Requirements:

Experience in event or roadshow management.

Sales-oriented mindset.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Strong time management and problem-solving skills.

Resourceful and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Must have own transport.

Work Arrangement:

Minimum of 2 days working in-office.

Remaining days will involve offsite work with PA/promoters for roadshow activations.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Shah Alam
