Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Integrate robots (AMRs, AGVs, robotic arms) with various I/O devices, sensors, and actuators.

Design and configure PLC-based control systems (Siemens, Omron, Allen-Bradley, etc.).

Develop communication interfaces using protocols such as Modbus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, and OPC UA.

Collaborate with software developers to connect robots to cloud systems and industrial IoT platforms.

Troubleshoot and optimize automation workflows for reliability and performance.

Document integration procedures and train operators/technicians.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Robotics, or related field.

2+ years experience with robotic integration, PLC programming, or industrial automation.

Hands-on experience with sensors, actuators, and digital/analog I/O modules.

Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, CAN bus).

Basic programming knowledge (Python, C++, or ROS/ROS2 experience is a plus).

Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

Experience with AMR or AGV robot platforms.

Familiarity with SCADA systems and HMI design.

Embedded systems or microcontroller programming.

Experience in mechanical fixture design (for robot integration).
