Job Description

Cleaning:

Dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, and cleaning windows in guest rooms and public areas.

Room preparation:

Making beds with fresh linens, replacing used towels, and restocking amenities like toiletries, snacks, and beverages.

Sanitation:

Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms.

Maintenance and reporting:

Checking that all items, from appliances to furniture, are in good working order and promptly reporting any damages or missing items to the appropriate department.

Supply management:

Restocking their cleaning carts with fresh linens, cleaning supplies, and other guest amenities for the day.

Customer service:

Responding to guest requests, answering basic questions, and maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.

Security and privacy:

Ensuring guest privacy is maintained and rooms are secured.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
