Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and vacuuming floors.
Replenish guest amenities such as towels, toiletries, and other in-room supplies.
Maintain cleanliness in public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
Room Preparation
:
Ensure guest rooms are prepared to the highest standard before guest check-in.
Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department promptly.
Inspect rooms for damages or items that require attention and notify the supervisor.
Laundry and Linen Management
:
Collect dirty linens and towels from guest rooms and public areas for laundering.
Sort, fold, and distribute clean linens and towels as needed.
Guest Requests
:
Respond to guest requests for additional items or services, such as extra towels or housekeeping services.
Ensure that guest needs are met in a timely and courteous manner.
