Requirements

• Minimum qualification: SPM
• Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to work on shift basis, including Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays
• Pleasant, well-groomed, and enjoy interacting with people
• Customer-oriented, team player, and proactive in solving issues
• Possess own transport and willing to travel between outlets

Responsibilities

• Rotate between multiple counters in Penang Island & Mainland
• Replace promoters during their off-days or assist during peak periods
• Guide and support counter promoters to achieve sales targets
• Handle daily operation matters such as display, stock check, and customer service
• Ensure all counters maintain company standards and smooth operation
