Requirements

• Open for Malaysians only
• Willing to work in factory Cafeteria
• Shift : 5am - 1.30pm & 10.30am - 7pm (2 shifts only)

Responsibilities
Cook_ Roti Canai

• Prepare and cook Roti Canai ensuring consistency in taste.
• Ensure / assist chef in food preparation / served as per the contract and client.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment and tools are always cleaned and in proper working condition.

Catering Assistant & Steward

• Ensure that all meals within your responsibility are kept safe.
• Set and re-stock service counters, shelving units, refrigeration units and tables/trays.
• Main duties to set up platting area and food counters ready for each service.
• Clearing food waste, remove from waste bin and placing IT in designated waste.
• Sanitize and maintain kitchen working areas, equipment, or utensils in good and orderly condition.
