Conduct classroom and practical sessions on ROV operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Demonstrate safe and efficient use of ROV systems and associated equipment.
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments in line with industry standards.
Curriculum Development
Develop and update training modules based on current industry practices and technology advancements.
Ensure compliance with international standards (IMCA, OPITO, etc.).
Student Assessment & Certification
Evaluate trainees' performance through practical and theoretical assessments.
Provide feedback and guidance to improve competency levels.
Equipment Management
Maintain ROV simulators and training equipment in good working condition.
Coordinate with technical teams for equipment calibration and upgrades.
Industry Engagement
Stay updated on ROV technology trends and offshore operational requirements.
Liaise with industry partners to ensure training relevance and employability of graduates.
