As a Senior RPA Developer with Blue Prism, you will be responsible to deliver IT Services and Solutions. You are expected to work with multiple divisions within Jabil and perform business optimization and transformation through RPA. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and Develop RPA solutions using industry leading tools. Mostly focusing on Blue Prism products (Decipher, Interact, Blue Prism Cloud, etc.)
• Analyze, configure, and optimize business processes to make them more efficient and scalable
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective automation solutions
• Develop documentations and user guides
• Provide training and support to junior developers and end-users to ensure adoption and delivery of RPA technology
• Stay updated on latest trends and advancements of RPA technology, tools and best practices.
• Perform proof of concepts and create business cases to stakeholders

Job Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience on RPA, preferable as a developer
• Solid understand of Blue Prism and its functionalities and technologies
• Strong logic and programming skills in any languages. Knowledge in C3, VB. NET, SQL is a plus
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Blue Prism certified (Professional Developer Certification and Solution Designer is a plus)
