Job Title: RPA Developer
Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and motivated RPA Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to kickstart their careers in automation and digital transformation. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using industry-standard RPA tools. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand process automation needs. Translate business processes into automated workflows, ensuring compliance with best practices and governance standards. Maintain and troubleshoot existing RPA solutions to ensure smooth operation. Document RPA processes and provide training to end-users as needed. Provide regular status updates and escalate issues to the RPA Lead. Perform quality control and ensure the technical completion of RPA projects.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong conceptual understanding of automation tools and solutions. Proficient in workflow logic and able to interpret and create process diagrams. Strong understanding of business processes and workflow automation. Competent in end user computing, particularly in intermediate spreadsheet usage or equivalent. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools. Knowledge of SQL and database management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
