Job Description

Working as a part of project team. Ability to communicate clearly with business user and project manager. Identifying process feasibility and communicating technical implementation requirements. Proficient in documenting automation procedures, including build, design, develop and implement RPA solution as per operations needs of customer requirements Perform Proof of Concepts to help business team recognize the feasibility of an automated solution. Provide onsite/offsite technical support for our customers. Strong problem-solving skills to address complex automation challenges. Keep the system up and running whenever incident raised by clients within SLAs defined requirements Review design and scripting, and solve issue that arise in day to day running of RPA processes and providing timely responses and solution as required.

Qualifications & Related Experience

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology or equivalent. Knowledge & Experience:
- Extensive knowledge in RPA related fields

Database:
- Microsoft SQL Server 2016, 2019, 2022

Required Skills:
- Microsoft IIS

- Microsoft Office related products

Tools:
- Extensive knowledge in RPA development tools

- Microsoft SQL Management studio

Platform:
- Window Server 2019, 2022

Experience:

Junior Between 1 - 3 year(s) of of RPA developer/implementer related working experience Fresh Graduates with good results are encourage to apply

Added Advantages:

Knowledge and experience in Robotic Process Automation related areas Experience implementing automated testing platform and unit tests Cloud Experience (i.e., Ms Azure, tencent cloud, AMS and etc) RPA Professional Certification Experience in Python, C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, MVC Experience in scripting languages such as Jquery, JavaScript, HTML, etc.
