Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive RPA Developer with 4-6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying Robotic Process Automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automation tool, process analysis, and workflow optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

? Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility.

? Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using Blue Prism tool.

? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.

? Document automation solutions and create technical specifications and user guides.

? Ensure compliance with security and governance standards in automation design.

? Stay updated with the latest RPA trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

? 4-6 years of experience in RPA development and implementation.

? Proficiency in one or more RPA platforms (Most preferably Blue Prism tool, if not, good to go with UiPath or Automation Anywhere experience).

? Strong understanding of process mapping, workflow design, and business analysis.

? Familiarity with Mainframe application, APIs, enterprise systems integration.

? Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

? Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

? RPA certification (e.g., BluePrism Developer Certification).

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
