Develop and implement the innovative Robotic Process Automation(RPA) systems which includes BOTs, development tools to streamline a wide variety of back-office processes.
Responsible for group digital projects, dealing with IT to work on the User Requirements, specifications, scope of works, etc
Design and develop a mechanism to monitor, report the BOT performance and work across the domains to get the BOT utilization close to 100%.
Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions.
Create and maintain the process and end-user documentation.
Assure the quality of the automation (QA processes).
Work directly with stakeholders to document the business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Collaborate with development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions.
Involve in building a digital platform for rapid scale up and expansion in Malaysia, in the region where OCBC has limited branch presence and to capture new customer segments
Qualifications
Possess a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science and/or Information Technology or related IT courses.
UiPath RPA Certified
Knowledge in Visual Basic, JavaScript
Familiar with MS Access, SQL statements and knowledge of MSSQL databases
Understanding of web server & client
Understanding of API services
Has direct client facing experience with Small Medium Enterprises
Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to establish rapport with team members and external collaborative parties
Strong written and verbal communications skills; with ability to interface and influence at all levels within and outside the organisation
High energy, organised, highly adaptable, self-learning initiative and independent
Must have a creative mind and has demonstrated the "ability to think out of a box"
