Job Description
Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
s:
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using the Automation Anywhere 360 platform.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and automation workflows.
- Maintain and enhance existing automation solutions to improve performance and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and coding standards throughout the automation lifecycle.
- Document automation processes, configurations, and support procedures.
- Provide support for bot monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years experiences in RPA development, with exposure in UiPath.
- Familiarity with Automation Anywhere is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the full RPA lifecycle - from process analysis through to production support.
- Knowledge of automation governance, version control, and exception handling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
