Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and motivated RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to kickstart their careers in automation and digital transformation. While the opportunity is tailored for entry-level candidates, experienced RPA developers are also welcome--your expertise will be highly valued and can make an immediate impact.

Job Scope

Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using industry-standard RPA tools. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand process automation needs. Translate business processes into automated workflows, ensuring compliance with best practices and governance standards. Maintain and troubleshoot existing RPA solutions to ensure smooth operation. Document RPA processes and provide training to end-users as needed. Provide regular status updates and escalate issues to the RPA Lead. Perform quality control and ensure technical completion of RPA projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong conceptual understanding of automation tools and solutions. Proficient in workflow logic and able to interpret and create process diagrams. Strong understanding of business processes and workflow automation. Competent in end-user computing, particularly in intermediate spreadsheet usage or equivalent. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Reporting to: MG (based in Singapore, Lead of Dev Architecture, Custom Build Development Team) Team Structure: 7 developers across Penang and Medan Experience Level: 0 to 3 years (fresh graduates are welcome)

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
