About the Team

The Digital Transformation (DX) team is leading the way in providing top of the line RPA solutions to our clients. In recognition of our efforts in pushing automation solutions, UiPath has also recognized Abeam Consulting Singapore as a Diamond partner. Apart from this, the team is constantly expanding its capabilities in order to provide a wider suite of DX solutions to our clients and aid them on their transformation journey.

: This is a 3 year fixed term renewable contract with benefits for our regional RPA team. As a RPA Consultant you will be responsible for implementing, developing and providing support for various solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Serve in different capacities as business process analyst, RPA developer, support and course trainer as assigned and/or required on multiple and simultaneous assignments.
• Collaborate with customers to extract and define use cases in their existing IT and business operations, including process optimization, redesign and/or reengineering.
• Gather business requirements, design, develop, test, deploy and document the automation workflows.
• Create, develop and/or review business requirements documents (BRD), process definition documents (PDD) and solution design documents (SDD).
• Deliver process automations in onsite and remote client engagements to drive successful adoption.
• Embrace the RPA implementation best practices. Implement and configure programs, scripts and objects that are efficient, well structured, reusable, maintainable and easy to understand.
• Understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution.
• Create and document test procedures, scenarios and cases for the pre-UAT and UAT phases.
• Thoroughly test packages in the environment it will be hosted in or supported deployment environments, with responsibility for overall testing cycle.
• Maintain RPA and monitor the successful execution of automation process.
• Provide L1 \xe2\x80\x93 L3 support to the existing automations/processes, review and improve documentation, and implement the change request according to the priority of incident and request.
• Analyse, determination of root cause of incident, and problem-solve issues that arise in day to day running of robotic processes and provide timely responses and solutions within specified Service Level Agreements (SLA) parameters with business.
• Accountable for every assigned task for fixing, enhancement and delivering the right support.
• Adhere to the guideline for Incident, Problem and Change Management.

Requirements:

• Degree in in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Written and spoken fluency in English with business proficiency in Mandarin and/or Bahasa mandatory.
• Possess 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in programming (Java, C#, VB, .NET) with at least 1.5 year in hands-on UiPath implementation.
• Advanced skills in understanding, analysing, designing, developing, implementing and maintaining application code in a variety of contexts.
• Exceptional ability to understand, analyse complex requirements and define technical and functional advanced solutions.
• Knowledge and experience in integrating different applications using web services/ Rest API, etc., as well as of RDBMS and open-source DB.
• Process minded with good presentation, communication and articulation skills.
• Proven experience on developing automation solutions using UiPath.
• Strong experience in software delivery lifecycle using Waterfall and/or AGILE methodology.
• Prior hands-on experience with working with Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Kofax and/or OpenSpan is a strong advantage.
• Obtain UiPath RPA Advanced Developer Certification within 3 months if not already certified.
