About the role

Join our consulting team to design and deliver automations for clients across multiple industries. You'll blend hands-on RPA and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) skills with clear, confident client communication. From spotting automation opportunities to building and deploying solutions, you'll guide stakeholders through every step of their automation journey.

What you'll do

Discover and assess processes suitable for automation. Architect and implement tailored RPA/IDP solutions end-to-end. Partner closely with clients to understand pain points and recommend best practices. Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain robots in production. Document designs, decisions, and results for technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful projects.

What you'll bring

Experience:

1+ year in RPA development and IDP with a track record of shipped automations.

Tools:

Proficiency with platforms such as UiPath, Laiye, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.

Coding:

Familiarity with languages like Python, VBA

Client skills:

Strong ability to map business processes and translate requirements into workable solutions.

Analysis:

Comfortable evaluating complex workflows to identify improvement areas.

Problem-solving:

Skilled at debugging and resolving implementation issues.

Communication:

Clear verbal and written communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Education:

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).

Certifications:

RPA certifications especially UiPath or Laiye are a plus.

Teamwork:

Thrive in cross-functional, collaborative environments.

Adaptability:

Eager to learn new tools and adjust to shifting priorities.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about leveraging technology to solve business problems and enhance operational efficiency through automation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Temporary, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
