About the Role The focus of the role is sum by the following objectives:

Objective 1 : Governance
Development of policies and standards, methodologies that govern the initiation, implementation, support and evolution of SWIFT Robotic Process Automations (RPA).

Objective 2 : Infrastructure & Platform Support
Institute and manage an operating model that is able to support the infrastructure and platform support of SWIFT RPA.

Objective 3 : Development Support
Institute and manage an operating model that provides development support to business demands of SWIFT RPA.

What to Expect:

Governance Responsibilities

  • Evangelizes and drives automation governance across the organization as a guardian of the overall automation program.
  • Manages both in-flight development and production support components of the automation program, including infrastructure and access management.
  • Acts as an interface for stakeholder management between business, vendor and internal IT teams.
Operational/Development Responsibilities:
  • Leads the whole infrastructure (servers, databases, file shares, robot machines, orchestrator and application installation) by setting up and managing it.
  • Owns the design and ongoing quality assurance for all operational procedures and policies.
  • Focuses on continuously improving the robots\xe2\x80\x99 operational performance and resource allocation, by exploiting the advanced reporting and analytical tools within the organization.
  • Designs, develops and tests the automation workflows and supports the implementation of the solution.
What will make you successful:
  • 5 to 10 years experience in automation system development and operational support.
  • Experience with developing and supporting RPA solutions using UIPath.
  • Experience with Power Apps (i.e Power Automate) is an added advantage.
