A leading manufacturing and distribution company based in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an RPA Automation Engineer (Power Automate / UiPath) + IT Support.
This role supports internal employees by providing hands-on IT support and infrastructure maintenance, while also leading automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in RPA tools and IT systems, with the ability to communicate effectively across teams, and work fully on-site with occasional visits to third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses.
Job Responsibilities

• Lead and implement RPA automation projects using Power Automate and UiPath.
• Provide Level 1 & 2 IT support, including troubleshooting hardware/software issues and maintaining IT infrastructure.
• Manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365 accounts, and office network systems.
• Liaise with vendors for IT procurement, system upgrades, and contract renewals.
• Support on-site IT needs including visits to third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses when required.

Job Requirements

• Malaysian citizen only (work visa sponsorship is not available).
• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in RPA (Power Automate/UiPath) and IT support.
• Strong proficiency in Mandarin and English (required for communication with regional teams and documentation).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including Macros), with strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Exposure to AI technologies is a plus.
• Willingness to work fully on-site (Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm) and provide support outside regular hours if needed.
