• Shape and drive the Technology Vision by formulating the IT Strategy, Enterprise Architecture models, IT Roadmap, and IT Blueprint to align with company\'s strategic goals.
• Create and sustain the annual technology strategy in partnership with corporate strategy, key business, and technology stakeholders.
• Champion and implement change through innovative methods. Lead the development of emerging technologies and expand capabilities within the technology roadmap.
• Oversee and lead Architecture Board meetings to ensure the IT Strategy and Architecture align, bridging gaps between business, strategy, and enterprise architecture.
• Direct the annual Technology CAPEX planning and approval process to align with the technology strategy and business objectives.
• Maintain a comprehensive view of the technology landscape. Define technology roadmaps to ensure future capabilities align with evolving demands and business goals.
• Identify, evaluate, and communicate potential opportunities related to the technology roadmap continuously.
• Collaborate with Key Technology Partners to shape and drive the Technology Vision.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or Technology or equivalent.
• 6 - 8 years experience as IT Stratetegy with exposure in new technology such as AI, Advance Analytics, Digital Payments and Finance, and etc.
• Strong individual contributor and capable of working with a team.
• Strong leadership, influencing and stakeholder management.
