The successful candidate will be responsible for performing accounting processes for their respective countries, working closely with Country Operations, Country Finance, Controlling and Shared services.What you\'ll do:As an RTR Accountant (multiple headcounts, hybrid), you will play a pivotal role in performing accounting processes for your respective countries.

• Perform accounting processes in scope for the respective country and/or region like month end, reconciliations, fixed assets accounting etc.
• Engage regularly with country teams and shared services on inputs and outputs for the completion of common processes
• Build deep business knowledge for the countries in scope to facilitate judgemental decisions
• Manage updates and maintenance of the period end and year end closing schedules for the countries in scope
• Manage cash flow, working capital requirements and bank relationships
• Perform review and reconciliation of the balance sheet and bank accounts on a periodic basis producing appropriate working papers and other supporting documentation
• Provide regular updates to the Senior accountant on process completion and any escalations
• Deliver the processes in scope to the agreed KPI requirements and support performance management

What you bring:

• Qualified / part qualified accountant
• Strong knowledge of financial compliance and reporting requirements in relation to accounting standards (IFRS) and local GAAPs in scope
• Ability to learn and use new financial tools and reporting systems
• Ability to communicate effectively with finance and non-finance stakeholders
• At least 4 years post qualification experience in SSC environment
