About the role

- Lead strategy development for record to consolidate (R2R), ensuring best in class solutions,controls and processes are in place
- Drive process and service delivery optimization through the organization with specific focus on the GBS global centres in Malaysia and Mexico

Key responsibilities

- Overall Process ownership for R2R activities, with particular focus on general ledger activities
- Ensure controls are in place to ensure data accuracy, completeness and integrity through the R2R process
- Oversee R2R Service delivery quality and performance of KL and QRO centers, ensuring sustainable resolution of issues across the network through CI design of solutions and updating of practices
- Discuss and agree on performance and quality delivery target with the Finance function for the agreed services portfolio
- Ensure best in class solutions are in place for systems, controls and processes in R2R. Drive evolution of best practices for R2R service solutions and consistency across centres
- Partner with our senior finance leads to transform, optimise and automate our key finance RTR processes
-Work closely with stakeholders in defining and agreeing the R2R strategy to drive E2E performance and meet agreed benefits and performance targets.
- Work with GBS centres in implementing the solutions.
- Work with Kerrys financial compliance and tax functions to ensure processes are in compliance to all laws and accounting standards
- Ensure adherance to Kerry\'s accounting standards
- Responsible for Finance masterdata design, governance and execution relating to General Ledger ( eg. Costs Centres, Profit Centres)
- Responsible for planning new scope coming to GBS centres
- Accountable for GL enablement, including:

• Ensuring GL design is appropriate and sufficient to ensure integrity, completeness and accuracy of GL reporting (to satisfy internal and external reporting requirements)
• Monthly reconciliations between the various reporting systems and design of processes or ways of working to sustainably resolve any reconciling differences ?
• Design of changes to reporting systems due to internal reorganisations, acquisitions and disposals. (Communication and ensure implementation through colloboration with relevant finance teams )
• Support of SAP budgets and projection process from a GL perspective depending on Group requirements
• Drive R2R efficiency projects.

Qualifications and skills

-Comfortable working under pressure and in a fast paced, dynamic environment and effectively prioritize and complete key tasks, deliverables and ad hoc tasks as required.
- Bachelor\'s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A master\'s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a similar role, preferably in a multinational organization or shared service center environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP), and regulatory requirements.
