They are looking for a dynamic and result oriented candidate to fill their current job opening of RTR Team Lead/Specialist/Senior Analyst, to be based in Surian Tower, Petaling Jaya. EPF, SOCSO, EIS contributions available. Experience: RTR Team Lead: Minimum 8 years of RTR experience with at least 1 year of supervisory experience. RTR Specialist: Minimum 8 years of RTR experience / other relevant experience. RTR Senior Analyst: Minimum 4 years working experience with 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience handling full set accounts. RTR Tax Specialist: Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in General Ledger operations. s: RTR Team Lead: Lead and manage team of up to 10 members. Responsible for period closing activities. Track KPI - ensure the deliverables\xe2\x80\x99 quality and timeliness meet the requirements per SLAs. Oversee month end RTR process to ensure timely completion of closing and reporting. Manage escalation from cross function or stakeholders. Involved in service review meeting with stakeholders to present the SLAs, open and outstanding issues. RTR Specialist: Responsible in standardizing & simplification of RTR processes. Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in system and processes. Ensure accurate and timely recording, collection, and processing of all general accounting and reporting, fixed assets, statutory accounting. Direct and indirect tax transactions while adhering to policies and procedures, includes Target Operating Model (TOM), Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Internal Control Financial Reporting (ICFR). RTR Senior Analyst: Responsible for period end close activities. Fixed asset management, intercompany transactions, and bank transactions. balance sheet reconciliation and financial and management reporting. Local statutory and tax support. RTR Tax Specialist: Responsible for the overall tax compliance aspects for a group of legal entities assigned. Act as trusted business partner for Tax Accounting matters. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of direct & indirect tax computation while adhering to policies and procedures, includes Target Operating Model (TOM), Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Internal Control Financial Reporting (ICFR). Involve in managing transition activities with the Project Team. Participate in continuous process improvement projects and plans roll out internally, region and global. Job Requirements: Candidates must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Accounting or professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CPA/MIA etc). Minimum 4 years\xe2\x80\x99 working experience with 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in handling full set account, and general ledger experience. Good English proficiency. As stated, must have full set accounting experience. Experience in Shared Services Center Environment would be a definite added advantage. Ability to be adaptive and work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in Audit and tax is an added advantage. Exposure to MNC working environment and Consolidated Group Accounts will be added advantage. Experience in using ERP system.
